Recently, PACIV held its 2018 Annual Meeting in all its offices to discuss industry context, strategic objectives and provide all the associates with the 2018 Year in Review as well as the 2019 Forecast, Insights and Objectives. Additionally, acknowledgments & awards were given to the associates in recognition of their years of service as well as Perfect Attendance for the year. Likewise, at this year Annual Meetings, the new associates were welcomed into the PACIV family. Recently, PACIV Puerto Rico associates attended the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association’s (PRMA) first Health Industry Forum Conference as part of PACIV’s efforts to continue incorporating education to our associates. The event was held at the Hilton Condado Plaza in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The associates who attended the event were Liz Figueroa, Validation Engineer II, Joel Rodriguez, Validation Engineer I, and Ángel Cruz and Joshua Valentin, both Automation/Validation Engineers I. The conference united for the first time the product manufacturers from the main FDA Regulated areas in Puerto Rico as they took part in an informative, educational and networking event. PACIV recently attended the job fair at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus (RUM/Colegio) in Mayaguez in order to look for new and vibrant automation engineers to the PACIV team. Our HR Lead, Erika Ariza and Engineer Manager, Jean Paul Pepin, attended the event to support in this effort and provided their experience at PACIV to potential recruits. The PACIV team was able to speak with hundreds of promising young future engineers and technology professionals who were interested in Internships, Co-Op programs, and full-time employment with PACIV. The work our engineers carry out each day is vital to making life better for the customers and communities we’re privileged to serve.
