We are looking for you! PACIV PR attends Job Fairs

PACIV Puerto Rico Associates, Shaimely Concepción and Jean Paul Pepin,participated and represented the company in the recent Job Fairs that took place at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez Campus. More than 200 undergraduate and graduate students, mostly engineering majors, attended this event. They handed in their resumes with the hope to find a position that can introduce them to the engineering environment and help them gain the experience and hands on practice they need to commence their future as professionals. Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil and even Computer Engineering were some of the concentrations studied by the scholars. Administration Retreat

PACIV’s Puerto Rico and USA held their administration retreat to meet and discuss lessons learned from last year and synchronize the team expectations into the upcoming year 2020, brainstorming new proposed ideas to serve our associates and clients better. Among the topics discussed were the associate feedback surveys, projects’ progress, new services, associates’ teambuilding, gatherings, and developed the action items to improve personnel development.  All these initiatives aim to make PACIV greater in every aspect. Mental Health First Aid Training 2020

PACIV Ireland associate, Geraldine Nolan, attended a Mental health, first-aid based training to be able to identify and offer help to a person who is developing a mental health problem or who is experiencing a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional treatment is received or until the crisis is resolved. Mental Health First Aid is now internationally recognized in over 23 countries and over 1 million people worldwide have been trained in Mental Health First Aid skills. The Standard Mental Health First Aid Ireland course teaches people how to provide MHFA. PACIV Annual Meetings – 2019 Recap

PACIV associates around the world met to discuss achievements, projects and other progress throughout the 2019 calendar year. All offices discussed industry context, strategic objectives and provide all the associates with the 2019 Year in Review as well as the 2020 Forecast, Insights and Objectives. Additionally, acknowledgments & awards were given to the associates in recognition of their years of service, perfect attendance, as well as recap for all the associate core value nominations for the year.
