PACIV PUERTO RICO – Wellness Running Club

Associates continue to enhance their healthy habits by participating in the wellness walking/running club where all can meet and enjoyed great scenery while they walk or run. It is also a great time to enjoy different conversations after hours while we enjoy time together, during and after the race. The first meeting was on November 11, 2021, after work in the Condado lagoon area. Associates from Puerto Rico met at the PACIV office at 5:30 pm and walked/ran from Miramar to the nearby Condado walking part of Ashford Avenue, part of the tourist section. Some walked, others decided to run, but everyone enjoyed a well-deserved get-together at the Nacho Libre Restaurant. Here associates enjoyed tacos, nachos, churros, and specialty house drinks. Our USA office participated in the International Pharmaceutical Expo (INTERPHEX) dedicated to pharmaceutical and biotechnology. International Pharmaceutical Expo (INTERPHEX), the premier event dedicated to pharmaceutical and biotechnology innovation, technology, and knowledge, took place on October 12-21,2021 at the Javits Center in New York. PACIV USA – Rockwell Automation Fair 2021

PACIV Associates participated in the In-Person Rockwell Automation Fair at Houston, TX, this year, where they saw all new technology and manufacturing work. On November 10th and 11th, three members of our PACIV-USA team, Catherine, Rick, and Austin, traveled to Houston, TX., and attended the annual Rockwell Automation Fair 2021. This was the first time that Catherine and Austin participated in this event, which taught them everything RA offers.  They participated in the ‘Hands-On Lab’ over Factorytalk Batch v14 Application Development. Their experience also includes a few forums with topics over control loop PID tuning and the decarbonization of future/emerging energy technologies. PACIV PUERTO RICO: Susan G. Komen: Race for The Cure

Puerto Rico Associates demonstrated their support by doing a 5K race to raise awareness for breast cancer fighters.  The Susan G. Komen 5K Race for The Cure is a fundraiser where you can race or walk to show your support in funding life-saving research, treatment, education, and community health programs. Their mission is to “save lives by meeting most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.” To this day, Susan G. Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA) had its convention with in-person exhibitors and the public. PACIV was part of the companies that step up to the challenge in this convention where Innovation was the main topic. The Transforming Business Models Event by PRMA, took place at the PR Convention Center, where all fully vaccinated members could participate and network with company exhibitors.
