We are looking for you! PACIV PR attends Job Fairs

PACIV Puerto Rico Associates, Shaimely Concepción and Jean Paul Pepin,participated and represented the company in the recent Job Fairs that took place at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez Campus. More than 200 undergraduate and graduate students, mostly engineering majors, attended this event. They handed in their resumes with the hope to find a position that can introduce them to the engineering environment and help them gain the experience and hands on practice they need to commence their future as professionals. Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil and even Computer Engineering were some of the concentrations studied by the scholars.

Shaimely and Jean Paul oriented all the students that visited our booth and share with them a little bit about PACIV and the services we offer our customers , as well as how they could be a part of our team and enjoy the benefits of being part of our team. The future of engineering is in the hands of these students whose interest is to implement their knowledge and skills into advanced technology and PACIV will keep moving forward with their support and integration to the company.   Our intention is contribute in the retention in the island as much talent as possible, since we have dealt with a lot of migration to the mainland in recent years.
