Our TiPS LogMate implementations have included support and active participation, within our clients’ cross-functional departmental teams, on the execution of the alarm housekeeping and rationalization processes. In addition, we obtain the rationalization process data to properly implement the TiPS LogMate software at our clients’ facilities. We provide annual support and maintenance contracts with the back-office support of TiPS experts to assist with any upgrades or maintenance as well as emergency calls. These implementations have improved operational performance, support for compliance with applicable standards and regulations, reduced maintenance costs, and have provided incident risk reduction.

This included the Alarm Management System design for the facility Automated Control Systems and the implementation and commissioning for two plant automated systems (Plant Utilities Building Management System and Waste Water Treatment Plant Process Control System) that were connected to the LogMate Alarm Management System.
